CARES CLINIC
(FORT COLLINS)
The CARES (connections for ART, Resources, Education & Services) clinic is a specialty clinic for people living with HIV. Based in the Salud Fort Collins Blue Spruce clinic, CARES provides medical care, medications, case management, behavioral health and dental services. If you are a Colorado resident living with HIV you are eligible for the CARES clinic.Â

QIIMEYNTA CLINICAL
Salud Clinical Pharmacists work with patients on diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol management. These pharmacists prescribe and adjust medication to better improve your health outcomes.Â
BUTT SAVERS
Butt Savers provides low-cost colonoscopies to our patients. Patients should be screened for colon cancer screening at age 45 and earlier if at risk. Discussing your risk with your provider is key for early screening and prevention.
PROJECT SMILE
Project Smile provides specialty dental care services and treatment for children in the Poudre School District. Services are provided by Salud dental providers and partnering community dentists.

MDI serves patients of all ages. A dental professional provides oral hygiene instruction, prevention counseling, places fluoride varnish, and can assist with referral to a dentist during a medical appointment. This program helps with prevention and identification of dental diseases like cavities or gum disease for patients of any age.

Diabetic Retinopathy is a screening designed for all diabetic patients to detect abnormalities in the retina.Â
