Having Trouble Viewing Documents?
If you’re having difficulty reading documents in your Patient Portal, especially scanned forms or lab results, you can zoom in on your web browser to make the text larger and easier to see.
To zoom in using your mouse or browser menu:

Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser window.

From the drop-down menu, select Zoom.

Adjust the zoom level until the page is comfortable to read.
Keyboard shortcuts:

Zoom in: Press CTRL and + (plus)

Zoom out: Press CTRL and – (minus)
If you’re using a Mac, replace “CTRL” with the Command (⌘) key.
